Since 1988 Carol's Restaurant has been serving up hearty meals for West Sacramento residents. Started with the help of her father, George O'Campo, Carol opened her original location just down the road from its present spot. Owning restaurants is something that has run in the O'Campo family for multiple generations, Carol's great grandfather was a cook for Charlie Chaplin! After 20 years of hard work Carol has relinquished the day to day operations to her son, Ray, who now runs the business.

Despite many requests to open up multiple locations Carol's has chosen to stay dedicated to its stand alone location in an effort to maintain the highest quality of food and service. We pride ourselves in the proper execution of every dish and providing an optimal dining experience for every guest.
